*There is a 10lb. limit for free shipping. If your order is over $80 you will receive free shipping, however if your order is over 10lb. we will contact you or you can contact us prior to your order so that we can offer you special shipping prices for your order. The prices will be reduced from what regular shipping would be since your order is over $80. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders of $80 or more! On orders over $80 in the continental U.S. We have the right to cancel this offer on extremely large and heavy orders (rare). We pay up to $6.99 if customers want faster shipping servicesn(next day, 2 day express, 3 day shipping, HAWAII.). Free shipping is not valid on international orders, FPO/APO, or P.O. Box address. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping and multiple shipping destinations.
For APO or FPO - You pay for all shipping cost for under $80 order(Min. shipping charge is $7.99). We pay up to $5.99 for over $80 orders. We pay up to $9.99 for over $150 orders.
For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska , Puerto Rico, and Canada - You pay for all shipping cost for under $80 order(Min. shipping charge is $7.99). We pay up to $5.99 for over $80 orders. We pay up to $9.99 for over $150 orders. For APO & FPO addresses: Choose USPS Priority Mail as a shipping method, and any payment method.
Canada Customs/Border staff will process packages imported into Canada and add various brokerage fees, charges, sales tax and other handling fees.
To support our customers' shipping needs we provide a variety of premium carriers (UPS, Fedex & US Mail) with Next Day, 2nd Day and standard delivery options available for most items. We may ship some small packages via USPS First Class, which has the same delivery time as Priority Mail. First Class shipping does not mean your package will take longer to be delivered. First Class is simply an option that may be available for some small packages. Also if you have placed your order or are going to place an order and believe the shipping & handling cost is unreasonable please contact us. If you have already placed your order you must contact us before your order is shipped out. If you contact us regarding the shipping & handling we will look at the cost and are willing to adjust it, if indeed it is unreasonable.
Under $80 order for USA standard shipping & handling starts at $8.99 and up. Under $80 order of hair extension items or small items for USA standard shipping & handling starts at $7.99 up.
Yes, you are welcome to pick up your order at our Ontario (California) store. To better serve you, please place order at least three (3) hours in advance. Hours of service: 10:00am - 7:00 pm. Monday - Saturday
For security reasons we will process orders 1-2 days after we receive them if we have the item ordered in stock. Orders are not processed immediately the day we receive them due to security reasons and to prevent Credit card fraud. The only way for us to process your order immediately is if you make a PayPal or Google Checkout payment.
Most orders will process and ship within 1-6 working days after receipt. Processing time does not include shipping time. We strive to have orders to you within 7 business day, but please allow up to14 business days for your shipment in case something is backordered.
Please specify any special instructions regarding your order or if you would like us to prioritize your order. You can make a comment on your order when you place it or contact us.
Mountain Beauty Supply ships all international orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Mountain Beauty Supply and the USPS are not responsible for any laws/restrictions, duties, or package loss that prevents your order from being delivered once it has arrived in its destination country and left the possession of the USPS. Mountain Beautys Supply and the USPS are also not responsible for any damage your items may have received once they have left the possession of the USPS. Once your package arrives at your country it is often handed off to your country's postal service or an equivalent service.
We will not refund or replace any order once it has arrived at its country of destination that is damaged by your country's Customs or postal carriers.
IMPORTANT! If you have any concerns with someone else besides you receiving your package we recommend adding insurance to your package. Also if the location where the package is being shipped is not 100% secure we recommend adding insurance. If for any reason you do not receive your package, if package is insured we can send out your order again. If your item is not insured we can not guarantee that your order will be re-shipped if it goes missing. We track orders and if they state the item was delivered we consider the order complete. If your order states it has been delivered by the carrier we can not reship your package unless it is insured, because if it is we can then file a claim. If you would like to insure your package please contact us for insurance charges. They are very minimal charges which would be added to your total.
Please note that we do not keep large quantities in stock as we want our customers to get fresh items. Large quantities may take extra time to ship out.
